OM Salt Lake was founded as an answer to the complicated question…I want to do yoga, but who do I call? As the yoga industry has grown, not only have the number of teachers grown, but also the types of yoga available. It can be a little overwhelming to somebody new to yoga, or new to Salt Lake.
Kimberly Preston, OM Salt Lake founder, wants to ensure that people have a great experience with yoga here. A transplant to Salt Lake from the East Coast, Kimberly herself had to address that question…although as an experienced teacher, it was definitely a little easier!
Now as a yoga teacher at the one of the busiest studios in town and with a dedicated following of yogis and students of her own, Kimberly wants share her experience with others so they may all have as much success as she did.
