Our private yoga sessions in and around Salt Lake City are customized just for you! The unique needs of your body, with its own limitations and strengths, are all addressed by your own individual teacher, who will focus on your goals and needs.
Practicing yoga creates an awareness of your own body, allowing you to move at your own pace, progressing in your own time, and tapping into your own inner self. A little guidance from a teacher can assist you in such discoveries.
A private yoga session gives you the undivided attention of a teacher who will be able to maximize your efforts during the practice. You’ll be able to discuss your goals and how to best meet them through your yoga practice.
Doing yoga outside of a studio can offer you privacy, avoiding the intimidation and pressure you may feel in a group class.
